The weather was stunning as you can see from the photographs. The initial walk up to Greendale Tarn is easy (there’s a short steep bit at the start), but the ascent of Seatallan from there is pretty hard going (think Kirk Fell from Wasdale Head).
Once at the top there are great views of the surrounding fells. The descent via Cat Bields has some points of interest and is gentle and very enjoyable. All in all a great walk, if a little short.
